Get the Irish spirit of community, music, dance and “the craic” (Irish for “fun times”) going strong! We’re thrilled to celebrate Powers’ new building and performance space with an evening of fun for all ages.
Jaclyn O’Riley, dance caller and founder/director of O’Riley Irish Dance, will teach easy and accessible group Céilí dances.
Ellery Klein, Powers fiddle teacher and Artistic Director for Powers’ String Traditions summer program, along with experienced Céilí band musicians Devin McCabe (piano) and Natasha Sheehy (accordion), will lead a band that is open to students of all ages to join in and play.
Pay at the door: $5 per person / $10 max per family
