Kelly Webber

Kelly Webber is the Director of Communications for Powers Music School, overseeing the successful planning and execution of internal communications, donor relationships and fundraising, and organizational and program marketing. She has helped guide the strategy and messaging since 2013 to lead the Powers community through a leadership transition, website redesign, registration database transition, 50th (and now 60th!) anniversary, pandemic, special fundraising appeal, relocation, and 2023 strategic planning process.

Kelly is passionate about taking a holistic view of communications to ensure that all departments and messages are aligned around the organization’s mission, vision, and goals. A strategic and creative thinker, she brings a B.A. in Theatre at Boston College and her insights as a performer and Board member of many community theatre and arts organizations to propel Powers and other nonprofits and individuals towards success.

Outside of her current position, Kelly is an active singer, crafter, published short story writer, and mom. She hosts the Let’s Get Real Creative podcast, helping creators unlock their purpose, brand identity, and roadmap to a fulfilling and profitable business.
