Noah is an arts administrator and pianist with a passion for helping arts organizations thrive! She is excited to help the community at Powers continue to work towards excellence in their unique musical goals. After growing up in Florida, Noah achieved degrees in piano performance from Florida State University and the Longy School of Music of Bard College before turning to administration and community engagement. She maintains an active teaching studio at Newton Music Academy and the Instrumental Music School of Concord and Carlisle, and enjoys practicing and performing in her spare time.

Noah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from the Longy School of Music of Bard College, where she studied under Spencer Myer and Eri Nakamura. An enthusiastic teacher, chamber musician, and solo performer, Noah prioritizes emotional expression and interpersonal connection in her work.

As an educator, Noah’s goal is to equip students with the tools they need to achieve their personal and professional aspirations as pianists. She believes in a collaborative approach, viewing the student-teacher relationship as a partnership in the student’s unique musical journey. Above all, Noah is dedicated to helping students develop both the technical proficiency and musicianship necessary to express themselves through music.

As a performer, Noah’s programs reflect a deep love for both traditional and contemporary repertoire, with a commitment to broadening the canon and welcoming new audiences. Her performances have spanned local and international stages, from community fundraisers to German song recitals in Berlin, Germany.

Fun Facts

I enjoy running, 70s rock music, and spending time at the beach (with plenty of sunscreen!)

I completed my first triathlon last year and am looking forward to doing another this year!
