Xue (Shirley) Liu

Xue (Shirley) Liu is a pianist and music educator specializing in teaching students with learning differences. She has performed various concerts in China. She also held solo piano recitals and other concerts in Boston under the tutelage of pianists Janice Weber and Alex Poliykov. As a music educator, Ms. Liu follows the teaching principle of individualized teaching. Ms. Liu wants to help her students find joy in music and become the best forms of themselves. Ms. Liu also helps her intermediate to advanced-level students prepare for piano competitions and ABRSM piano exams.

Ms. Liu received her B.M. in Piano Performance from the Wuhan Conservatory. She also held an M.M. in Piano Performance and an M.M. in Music Education, both from the Berklee College of Music.
